Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory manufacturing packaging & printing machines and we provide perfect OEM and after-sale service. We export machines to over 108 countries since 1995.
Can you send me the video to show how the machine works?
Certainly, we have video of every standard machine and can send to you by Email or other way you want.
How can I pay my order?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Online Payment.
Do you have any certificate?
We have passed ISO9001:2008, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and obtained CE certificate and BSCI certificate from UL.
How about your warranty?
Our warranty is 12 months. The general after-sale service includes: 1) Permanent technical support. 2) Paid spare parts provided at any time. 3) Dealers in selected countries to offer local service.
Why does the model name of your machine look similar to other companies?
Since these machines have a long history and are very popular in the market, it is possible that some machine models are similar to others. The model itself does not make a big difference; the primary criteria depend on the technical support and quality of the machine.
