The ZHJ-300 fully automatic continuous-type cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and optics. It is designed for automatic feeding and cartoning of blisters, bottles, ointments, and various other products.

The system automatically completes processes including inline product conveying and inspection, carton fetching, forming, product insertion, batch number embossing, sealing (tuck-in or hot melt glue), rejection of incomplete cartons, and final product discharge.

This machine can be seamlessly integrated with ALU/PVC blistering machines, flow packers, bottle fillers, shrink wrappers, and case loaders for mass production.
