


The ZGYW-1100 automatic refraction embossing machine operates at a speed of 4000-5000 sheets/hour. It utilizes a vacuum pump to drive the Feida and paper feeding system, featuring a double sheet control sensor to prevent multi-sheet feeding errors automatically.
The embossing unit consists of a blanket with a press roller set and a stainless steel plate with a press roller set (diameter 350mm). This configuration allows for fine, smooth lines to be directly pressed onto special materials including gold/silver cards, aluminum foil paper, and coated paper.
The entire system is driven by a frequency converter and controlled via PLC, delivering a consistent pressure of 50 tons between the rollers.
