Water Treatment System
Raw water pump: Connects to raw water. High-quality Nanfang pump or customized components are provided.
Silica sand filter: Acts as a filter medium to effectively intercept and remove suspended matter, organic matter, and some heavy metal ions in water under specific pressure, thus reducing water turbidity.
Active carbon filter: Filters chlorine content in water (<0.1PPM). It reduces turbidity, purifies water quality, and removes color.
Sodium ion exchanger (softener): Used to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, obtaining softened water.
Precision filter: Employs PP filter membranes featuring high filtering precision for particles smaller than 0.1um, offering high pollution interception capacity and long service life.
Reverse osmosis (RO): Composed of an RO membrane, high-pressure pump, and washing system. It intercepts substances larger than 0.0001 microns, allowing only water molecules to pass.
UV: Bacteria in the water are eliminated post-RO system using a UV sterilizing lamp.
Ozone: A strong oxidant that quickly eliminates bacteria in water and air at a specific concentration.
Finished water tank: Used to store filtered pure water, directly connected to the filling machine.

Washing Filling Capping 3-in-1
This integrated machinery is mainly designed for filling pure water, mineral water, and other non-gas, sugar-free beverages in plastic bottles. It features an integrated setup for washing, filling, and sealing.

- Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamps do not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding secondary contamination.
