Technical Characters
Whole machine making material uses PP material, which is much better than stainless steel in anti-corrosive function. PP material is highly effective for anti-corrosive equipment construction.
Three-way valves are installed separately from filling and placed in an isolated room in the machine back. Such valves will not touch the corrosive liquid and are protected from corrosive air damage.
Piston cylinders are set under the machine back, specifically designed for anti-corrosion. Pistons feature 2 sealing rings, which guarantee 100% no leaking and dripping. Even if the sealing rings are damaged after several years of use, they prevent leaks. The replacement of sealing rings is easy and simple.
The piston cylinders are made of glass. The inner wall of this glass piston cylinder is extremely smooth, offering minimal resistance to sealing rings, leading to a longer service life and convenient operation.
Specially-designed drawing valves are constructed of F4 material.
