Automatic Plastic Powder Weighing Feeding Mixing System

This system is designed for plastic extrusion formula weighting, heating mixing, cooling mixing, and final storage. It is ideal for PVC WPC door frame and window profile extrusion lines.

Whole Machine Control System: Powered by the latest SIEMENS PLC control system, it manages CPE, stabilizer, ACR, and other additives auto-dosing, as well as PVC and Caco3 vacuum loading. It handles everything from heating and cooling mixing to manual or automatic discharge and conveyor transport.

Automatic Dosing & Vacuum Feeding

Utilizes electronic balance sensors for high-precision automatic weighing of PVC powder, Caco3, CPE, and other agents. Features an anti-bridging device to prevent raw materials from sticking to walls.

Mixing & Final Storage

Heating mixing via self-friction or electric heating up to 120ºC. Cooling mixing reduces temperature to 40ºC within 8 minutes. Final storage bins include anti-bridging devices and automatic screw conveyors for continuous extrusion lines.
