The small additive auto weighing system was developed especially for PVC pipe and profile production to replace manual weighing. It automatically weighs the additives in the PVC pipe and profile formula (excluding PVC and CACO3). While operators manually weigh PVC and CACO3, this system automatically handles the exact quantities for other powder additives required for each batch. This system effectively prevents human error in weighing and maintains a clean workshop environment.
This system is capable of automatically weighing 6-9 kinds of powder or granule additives.

The PVC mixer is composed of a high-speed mixer (hot mixer), a cooling mixer, and a control cabinet.
The internal walls are constructed with 6-8mm SUS304 stainless steel with a fine polished finish, ensuring long-term durability under high friction conditions.
