Multi-functional Workstation of Case Packer with Palletizer KZFM-600 is a mechatronic workstation of robotic automatic case packer with palletizing module for end-of-line packaging, which incorporates advanced technologies at home and abroad.
The modular design allows multi-functions of case erecting, packing, sealing, labeling and strapping in one station. Applicable to intelligent end-of-line packaging for a broad variety of products. it can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packaging machines to form a production line.
The workstation automatically stacks, erects, loads, seals and palletizes cases of various specifications according to the required numbers of products to be packed. The robot arm (with vacuum suction cups) picks and places the product into the case after stacking. The case will be sealed after loading, and then the robot will lift the case for labeling, scanning and palletizing.
The workstation integrates and streamlines the end-of-line packaging process, featuring high degree of automation, intuitive operation and small footprint, well accepted as a typical product of advanced technology integrating end-of-line functions in China.
