Horizontal Roll Film Forming Spout Doypack Filling and Sealing Machine

Horizontal Form Fill Seal (HFFS) doypack machines execute forming, filling, and sealing within the same system. Filling occurs through the open-top section of the pouch, ensuring high-speed reliability.

The design is based on a modular frame construction, consisting of three independent units: unwinder, pouch forming, and dosing-sealing. Pouches made using HFFS technology are significantly more cost-effective than pre-made options.
