The machine realizes the entire process from weighing and filling to packaging with high speed and precision. It is designed to increase output while significantly reducing labor costs. The system is powered by a PLC programming control system, servo power system, and pneumatic execution system, all managed via a user-friendly liquid touch screen interface. Additional functions include nitrogen charge (exhaust) and finished product transportation.
The bag mechanism utilizes vacuum suction cups to retrieve bags from the library. It then transfers them to the manipulator for automatic import. The entire process is monitored by a detection system and controlled by PLC with photoelectric intelligent sensors and alarms for stable operation.
Ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, seed, tea, and food industries. It is primarily used for particles and loose materials with good liquidity, such as sugar, feed, additives, and MSG chicken essence.
