Vertical packaging machine is a vertical industrial packaging equipment that automatically and continuously completes the three functions of bag making, filling, and sealing. Its working principle is: the roll film is guided by a roller and a tensioning device, and the position of the trademark pattern on the packaging material is detected by a photoelectric detection control device. Then, it is rolled into a film cylinder by a molding machine and wrapped around the surface of the filling tube. First, use a longitudinal heat sealer to longitudinally heat seal the thin film at the interface of the rolled cylinder to obtain a sealed tube. Then the cylindrical film is moved to the transverse heat sealer for transverse sealing, forming a packaging bag cylinder. The measuring device fills the measured items into the packaging bag through the upper filling tube, and then seals them with a transverse heat sealer and cuts them in the center to form a packaging bag unit, while forming the bottom seal of the next cylindrical bag. Bag making and filling materials are carried out vertically from top to bottom.
