Main Features
The machine using two guide pins to guide the pressure plate, it is more flat, the pressure is more stable, the paper card and blister adhesive perfectly.
Unique pressure plate heating delay design allows the sealed products much better and more attractive.
Auto table which diameter is 1180mm and can fix 4 sealing moulds, it can run regular without stop after setting parameters.
Two manipulators, one is to put paper card on sealing mould, the other is to take the finished product; the worker only needs to place blisters and products.
Adjustable cardboard chute, which can adjust the size and quantity of cards according to the actual situation.
Fix with PLC, setting is convenient and intuitive.
Fix with Φ100mm cylinder, can assure pressure, also assure stable sealing and good looking.
Install the emergency stop button, can stop working anytime, ensure the safety of operator also reduce the output of defective products.
Small machine size allow flexibility and space-saving. Besides, easy operation can reach higher production efficiency.
