The Automatic PP bottle IV solution production line integrates three sets of specialized equipment: Preform/Hanger Injection machine, Bottle blowing machine, and the Washing-Filling-Sealing machine. This production line is designed to be highly automated, humanized, and intelligent, offering stable performance alongside quick and simple maintenance. It represents the optimal choice for plastic bottle IV solution production, characterized by high efficiency and low operational costs.
Utilizes a direct link between the conveying track and bottle feeding dial wheel. It clamps the bottleneck for conveyance using clean compressed air to accelerate delivery without scratching the containers.
The system overturns the bottle while the ionic air pipe rises to meet the mouth. Compressed air cleans the interior, simultaneously sucking out airflow-entrained particles for maximum hygiene.
Washed bottles are moved to the filling station by a manipulator. Filling nozzles track the bottles precisely. Features a constant-pressure liquid balance tank with automatic diaphragm valve control.
Employs double heating plates to heat caps and bottle ports independently. Performs non-contact hot-melt weld-sealing with fully adjustable temperature and timing parameters.
Sealed bottles are smoothly conveyed to the output track, ready for the next phase of the production process.
