Our continuous operation rotary label applicator is designed specifically for OPP hot melt adhesive operations. It features automatic input/output adjustments and precise synchronization to maximize manufacturing efficiency.

High Speed OPP Hot Melt Adhesive Labeling Machine

When the product reaches the eye detection position, the PLC host controls the label feeding system to start feeding. After completing a feeding action, the high-speed cutting mechanism cuts the label. Thanks to the use of imported Japanese small-inertia high-speed servo motors, the feeding process is dynamically adjusted, ensuring the accuracy and stability of both the high-speed feeding and cutting processes.

The cut labels are then sent to the gluing system, where the system applies glue to the front and back edges of the labels. This method minimizes the consumption of hot melt adhesive. When the labeled product is transferred to the label application position, the labels are accurately and effectively attached to the product. Since the product is in a rotating state during the label application process, the labels adhere smoothly and tightly to the product.

Complete Process Flow: Bottle entry → pre-positioning → cutting label → gluing → labeling → supporting label → pressing → completion.
