Hub Design & Material

The hub is machined from solid aluminum alloy, avoiding adhesive residue caused by inherent pores found in standard cast aluminum. Non-adhesive treatment on both the hub and rubber wheel reduces adhesive residue for easy cleaning.

Japan ASP Cutting Blade

The cutting blade is made of Japanese ASP material, inspired by leading global design concepts. All four corners can be used. When dull, lightly grind 1-2 threads to continue operation. The average service life spans 3-4 years.

Automatic Correction Device

Automatically corrects the imbalance and height of the labels, ensuring they always maintain a balanced, horizontal position when entering the knife hub, rotating hub, and bottle body. This minimizes setup time and label waste.
