Dragonfly R6 Fully Automatic Electric Labeling Machine For Cans Bottles Bags Cartons Pouches For Beverage Chemical Packaging PLC

Product Description

Product Description

Our fully automatic Dragonfly R6 enables dual-side labeling of bottles using wet glue. There are three different stations on each side of a conveyor belt. Bottles are manually placed either directly onto a transport belt or onto an additional rotating turntable. The frontmost bottle is automatically separated and held at the desired position.

A label is picked up on both sides of the bottle, which is coated with glue in the second station. Through a rotation of the arm, the label is brought to the same height as the bottle. The two arms move towards each other, applying the labels onto the bottle. Additionally, the edges of the labels are securely pressed down by two sponges or silicone pieces.

After the arms retract, the labeled bottle is transported away, and a new bottle is introduced. Bottles must be manually removed either directly from the conveyor belt or from an additional rotating turntable. The Dragonfly can be easily adapted for different bottle types and label heights, and is always ready for use due to the sealable glue containers. A complicated cleaning process is unnecessary, as the glue only comes into contact with the labels during the process.
